individual health insurance quote
J. K asked:

My wife and I are planning our second child right now. Our first was born via C-section and it is likely that the second one will be too. I am currently paying $900 a month for family insurance through my work. This is just ridiculous and is breaking my bank. I have called around and gotten quotes from others but they all tend to say that there will be a long waiting period for maternity coverage. We are not waiting and were wondering if anyone knows anything that could help us get something more affordable. We are both in our mid 30’s with a 1 year old male child. No tobacco use and healthy. thanks

Jessica

The cost between your current employer group covers maternity the suggestion would be to pay for about half the group plan into.

Well you can look into getting a discount health plan. There’s no waiting periods and everything is covered.
